Owned by Sunset Cattle, LLC since 2018. 1308 Apartments offer residents a place to call home.  Each 700 square foot unit offers two bedrooms and one bath.  This refurbished, 8 unit apartment, offers an elite range of amenities including: stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, and community laundry. Conveniently located near downtown Safford, AZ. Located within walking distance of fine dining, shopping and entertainment.  1308 Apartments allows residents to experience comfortable living in a small town.

 

 

WITHIN THE APARTMENTS:

Refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and cable hook-up are standard in each apartment.  Water, garbage and sewer are INCLUDED in the rent.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES:

Coin-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located within the first building.

PARKING:

Outdoor parking is provided at 1 vehicle per unit. Additional parking is available on the east end of the first building and west end of the second building.

NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED

Applicants who are claiming Service Dog's and/or Emotional Support Animals must provide proof before signing the lease agreement.

1308 Apartments is half a mile from downtown Safford, where you can enjoy fine dining and shopping.

Thriftee Food and Drug grocery store is half a mile from the apartments. 

For late night snacks, Circle K is just around the corner.

A 24 hour Walmart is Located 2.5 miles from the apartments.

Eastern Arizona College is located 4 miles away.
